Documenting this recipe for Maggie 😊. Even making this recipe only half correctly, it still tastes amazing. I provide two recipes: one, the original from Anna Paul’s tiktok. The second, my imagined rendition. Macros at the end.
Ingredients:
- Pasta (the stranger the shape the better)
- 1lb Ground beef
- Sweet paprika
- Onion / additional vegetables
- Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Butter (for Anna’s version)
- Lemon juice (just a spritz, for my rendition)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Tomatoes (for garnish)
Anna Paul’s Recipe
- Boil some pasta
- Brown 1lb ground beef (it looks like she uses a higher fat content, forgoing cooking oil entirely).
- Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and sweet paprika. Bloom spices in the beef fat.
- Add in an onion.
- Get Greek Yogurt (full fat) and add the following directly to the container: a dash of salt and 3 cloves minced garlic. This is now your fridge’s galic yogurt.
- In a saucepan, add butter and sweet paprika. This will be the finishing sauce for the dish.
For plating, start with a bed of pasta. Then the garlic yogurt. Next, the beef. Drizzle on the paprika butter. Finish with parsley and tomatoes.
My Rendition
Similar to above, but adjusted slightly for macros and time.
- Boil some pasta
- Brown ground beef (93/7) in spices, same as above. Rather than making a paprika butter sauce later though, just add in a bit more paprika to the beef.
- If you’re adding an onion or less of veggies, you can add them directly to the beef.
- Otherwise, to avoid overcrowding the pan, remove the beef once browned and deglaze the pan with veggies, sauteing until translucent.
- Add the beef back to the pan.
- Get greek yogurt (I used 2%), adding the following to the container: 3 cloves minced garlic, a dash of salt, and a spritz of lemon juice.1
Plate as above sans paprika butter.

Footnotes
-
Six cloves garlic was too much. 12g lemon juice concentrate was also far too much, you only need a touch. ↩
